Position Overview/Responsibilities For The Ecommerce Marketing Director
Collaborate closely with the VP, eCommerce and the Sr. Manager, eCommerce to develop and grow the brand through strategic marketing campaigns Develop artist- and release-specific marketing strategies that deliver on revenue, profit, engagement, and customer growth goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing spend Implement and optimize SEO strategies to grow organic search rankings and increase site traffic
Required Skills For Ecommerce Marketing Director
3-5 years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue and customer growth in a D2C environment Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across owned, earned, and paid channels Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and creativity Proficient with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and brand voice
