Alexandra Grecco, a New York City-based bridal company, opened its flagship boutique in the fall of 2024 and is looking to expand its team with people who are passionate about bridal and providing a best-in-class experience to clients. For more than 10 years, Alexandra Grecco has stood out among independent designers for its timeless yet modern silhouettes and heirloom-quality silk gowns. Responsibilities

• Providing personalized style consultations and exceptional customer service for clients, creating a warm, memorable and supportive environment for prospective brides.
• Becoming an expert of the brand, including product knowledge and company values.
• Creating one-of-a-kind bridal ensembles for each client, utilizing the gowns, accessories and customizations offered by Alexandra Grecco.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals, both individually and collectively.
• Initiating effective and engaging communication with prospective clients, before and after appointments, and maintaining relationships throughout the full life cycle of a bridal client from booking to walking down the aisle.
• Supporting order processes, including order and payment collection, quality control, and coordinating logistics with the production team.
• Supporting the sales team and other stylists to achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-end sales environment with set KPIs and sales expectations. Bridal experience preferred but not required.
• Keen eye for fashion styling, technical garment construction and fabric knowledge.
• A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional luxury service while maintaining showroom standards.
• Availability: 15-20 hours per week, weekend availability required.

Compensation

• Part-time roles are hourly with a range of $22 - $24 based on experience. Stylists may earn additional compensation on a commission basis based on sales volume.
