Responsibilities

• Operate dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, clutter-free, and safe environment by sweeping, mopping, pressure washing floors, and cleaning the dish machine.
• Clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Follow standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practice safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
