Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)
This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. Responsibilities include following correct bagging procedures, providing carryout and parcel pickup service, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts into the store.

Qualifications and Skills
- Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates who speak only English.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Certificates and Training: Completion of company's training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge.
Physical and Work Environment
- Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and smell. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must regularly lift/move up to 40 pounds and reach from 6 to 72 inches. Specific vision abilities include close vision and depth perception.
