The Spencer Hotel & Spa is seeking a part-time housekeeper for an executive boutique hotel.

A brief overview of the Spencer Hotel: Our literary-themed 25-room hotel and four-season resort is located in the heart of Chautauqua Institution. We offer a truly intimate setting with gracious service provided by our dedicated and empowered staff.

Position Duties Include:

• Housekeeping part-time with full-time opportunities available if you wish to pursue.

You have a very important job! Our guests really expect and appreciate the “behind the scenes” work that you are about to do. Since all our rooms are different here at the Spencer, I will provide you with a book of reference for cleaning. If we have a match, I will provide you with a very detailed description of the process, which will provide you with tremendous success!

Responsibilities:

• Clean rooms
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
