We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, and General Counsel. This role is a key point of contact for internal and external partners, serving as a vital liaison to the board of directors and senior leadership teams. You\'ll thrive in our small, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environment, where you\'ll have the opportunity to manage and execute special projects, coordinate executive outreach, and oversee external relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and confidential matters with discretion.

The role requires you to work from our office in Lehi, Utah, five days a week.

What is a day in the life of an Executive Assistant?

  • Serve as a key support system for the Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, and General Counsel, along with their respective teams.
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments to optimize executive time.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and host visitors.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Plan and execute company events, from conception to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A background in finance is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic.
  • High ethical standards and a proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

What is the team like?

  • You will work with the other C-Suite Executive Assistants and be supervised and mentored by the Senior Executive Assistant. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
