Our client, an investment management firm in NYC, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of executives. Must have experience supporting a team within a financial services organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of event coordination, marketing and business development.
Onsite Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders
- Manage multiple calendars and coordinate internal/external meetings
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and assist with AP and procurement tasks
- Support presentations, reports, and special projects
- Organize meetings, travel, and expense reports
- Maintain confidentiality and assist with reception as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years executive-level administrative support
- Skilled in calendar management and coordinating schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
- Discreet with sensitive information; professional and reliable
What We Offer:
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
