Job Details

• Position: 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech (10pm-6am)
• Location: Arlington, TX
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Seniority Level: Entry level

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery and processes.
• Assist and train subordinate maintenance technicians.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct basic repairs in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support senior technicians with complex repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with 3+ years of maintenance experience; skilled trades education is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. routinely and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate team members.
