Airline Customer Service Representatives (Spanish Speakers Needed)

Join Hallmark Aviation as an Airline Customer Service Representative. We are hiring friendly, professional agents to provide outstanding service for prestigious international airlines at ATL Airport, starting at $18.50/hr.

Requirements include:

• Spanish language proficiency
• Customer service experience or eagerness to learn
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• High school diploma or G.E.D., 18+ years old
• Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection

Key duties:

• Assist customers with fare quotes and boarding procedures
• Perform duties at ticket counters, gates, baggage areas, and other airport locations
• Maintain professional interactions with passengers and airline staff
• Handle transactions, operate equipment, and interpret policies
