Hallmark Aviation is seeking CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS to provide exceptional service to our WORLD CLASS International Airlines at HNL Airport. We are in need of multi-lingual speakers for a prestigious international airline.

Job Duties

• Perform a broad range of duties depending on location and service demands while delivering high-quality service.
• Rotate through ticket counter, lobby area, gate functions, customs, arrivals, and other airport areas.
• Interact constantly with passengers and crew.
• Operate jet bridge.
• Resolve issues with flight activity to ensure on-time departures.
• Handle some cash transactions, manifests, and labeling.

• Bilingual speakers are required.

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and lift up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Read and understand reference materials, instructions, policies, and procedures.
