Position Overview

Adjunct faculty teach beginning and intermediate ASL courses. Faculty in this position work closely with the ASL section coordinator to ensure they are teaching in alignment with department expectations. Adjunct faculty are required to hold one hour of office hours per week for each course taught.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 graduate hours in American Sign Language, Deaf Education, or similar degree program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Teaching experience is preferred.
