Overview

Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a bright, talented, and motivated individual to work as a Full-Time Parts Coordinator in our truck maintenance department. The job duties and responsibilities of this position may vary according to the needs of the department.

Work Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday - 7:30am To 4:00pm

Hourly Pay: $19.25 Hr.

Responsibilities

• Daily ordering diesel engine parts
• Interacting with parts vendors and outside salesmen
• Restocking, organizing & straightening parts room shelves
• Assist with parts inventory semi-annually
• Receive invoices into system
• Data entry of parts into computer inventory
• Labeling parts and shelves as needed
• Updating & maintaining spread sheets and paper files
• Must be willing to train, understand, and implement our philosophy in decision making
• Flexibility in working different hours will be necessary if the need arises

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree
• Previous parts experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of diesel engine parts
• Proficient in Outlook, Word & Excel
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Maintain confidentiality
• Have the ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Ability to read & comprehend instructions, regulations and memos
• Strong problem solving skills & basic math skills
