Rothe Development, Inc. (RDI) is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Vulnerability Analyst III to join our security control assessment, vulnerability assessment, software assurance, and risk assessment teams supporting our Nation’s ballistic missile defense program. This individual will perform research, analysis, and data gathering activities while conducting threat, vulnerability, and capability maturity assessments. The individual will be expected to apply critical thinking, conduct gap analyses, and develop implementation plans for the improvement of cybersecurity in large, complex defense systems. This is an on-site role in Huntsville, AL and requires Secret clearance.
Salary range: $132,000 - $148,000 annually.
Base pay range
$132,000.00/yr - $148,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Leads data gathering, research, and analysis while conducting threat, vulnerability, risk, and maturity assessments.
- Applies critical thinking, conducts gap analyses, and develops/implements plans for the improvement of risk management-related programs.
- May lead and manage a team of IT specialists.
- Capable of executing Cybersecurity Vulnerability Assessment, Cybersecurity Software Assurance Assessment, Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, or Cybersecurity Posture Baseline Assessment tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 10+ years of Cybersecurity-field experience.
- Security Clearance requirement up to TS/SCI.
- DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III prior to accepting position - no exceptions.
