RUSTY BUCKET RESTAURANT AND TAVERN is seeking a HOST to join our team at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in Indianapolis, IN.

Who are we? We are a fun, fast, friendly neighborhood tavern.

What is your role? To make “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the communities in which we do business. The Host controls the seating of the guests in the dining room to assure the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities. The Host makes a positive first impression and welcomes guests on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Maintain uniform and personal hygiene per restaurant standards.
• Exemplify hospitality standards. Answer guests' questions about the restaurant. Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
• Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties. Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines. Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
• Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
