Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in various databases
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or similar role is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in tasks
