Overview
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive individual to serve as an Executive Assistant who can also support daily operations of the New York office. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who excels in a busy environment with a client-services mindset where no task is too small!
Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant: Serve as the Executive Assistant to 3-4 Executives at Prosek; arrange internal and external meetings with calendar management; arrange business travel (local, national, international); support executives with expenses and time entry; prepare and organize important documents; build relationships with client teams; serve as back up to other EAs during outages.
- Office Support: Support operations team on culture-building office functions (virtual offsites, professional development offsites, happy hours, culture events); serve as primary back up to the Front Office Assistant welcoming guests; be cross trained on all office operations duties (registration, inventory, catering, meeting setups, etc.); perform ad hoc tasks as requested.
Requirements
- 5 days in office
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity; at least 1 year supporting a senior level executive
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter, able to take initiative
- Must be resourceful and a strong problem-solver
- Works well in a collaborative environment

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000. An employee's salary is determined by factors including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
