Responsibilities

  • Oversees day-to-day workflow for office assistants, monitors production and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Maintains working knowledge of relevant policies/protocols and ensures compliance among their team.
  • Oversees employee performance, provides guidance, support, and identifies developmental needs.
  • Motivates and mentors team members to achieve personal and team goals and to perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Oversees office assistants' schedules and timecards to ensure accuracy.
  • Assists management with provider scheduling template.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Preferred 5 years’ experience in a leadership position, minimum of 2 years.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

  • Language: Ability to read and comprehend written and oral communication.
  • Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Reasoning: Ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve problems.
  • Computer skills: Ability to operate and navigate applicable computer programs.
  • Overall ability: Ability to demonstrate competency in job-related functions according to organizational standards.
