We love this role at Starwood Hotels because it has many facets and opportunities to be creative, warm, imaginative, and to further develop leadership skills in our Front Office department. 1 Hotel West Hollywood has an opportunity for a service-minded Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our great-natured service team. The Assistant Front Office Manager will train, supervise and mentor new hires, setting them up for success in the most productive ways. You’ll be constantly interacting with guests and you’ll teach others to do the same, leading by example.

About you

  • Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 2 years\' experience working in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of front office operations, strong leadership, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including days, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.
