The Office of Education, located within UNM Hospital's Department of Internal Medicine, supports the Internal Medicine Residency Program and Undergraduate Medical Education (medical students). The office also collaborates with Internal Medicine Fellowship Divisions (e.g., Cardiology, Endocrinology, Palliative Care) to support medical trainees.
We are seeking a Work Study Office Assistant to provide general administrative support to both educational programs, upper-level management, and staff. This role involves assisting with the daily operations of the office and performing routine clerical tasks such as:
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Sending basic correspondence
- Providing general office support
