We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for sales calls, social media posts, gathering content for social media, and responding to questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.
Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
- Create quality posts for social media, grow online presence
- Perform sales calls with a script to set up evaluations
- Help create/streamline SOPs
Qualifications:
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Compensation: $15 - $24 hourly
