Overview

This position is a full time Monday-Thursday with every other weekend opening.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Office Assistant works directly under the Business Office Manager to maintain accurate financial records for the facility.
  • Handle the Residential Funds Management System (RFMS) related transactions.
  • Relay calls from the main line and provide administrator support to the staff.
  • Process mail, bank deposits and withdrawals, and perform reconciliation tasks.
  • Submit accurate monthly financial reports.

Qualifications

  • Must have: Good customer service, communication and organizational skills and be able to work independently.
  • Familiar with office equipment and proficient in computer skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
