Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The Restaurant Supervisor will help lead daily operations, ensure smooth service, support our team, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations for Marcy Restaurant.
• Lead and motivate servers, hosts, and support staff to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with training new team members and reinforcing service procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Monitor dining room, ensure table turns and proper pacing.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and side work assignments.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain clear communication and excellent food quality.
• Support special events and private dining as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant supervisory or lead server experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven commitment to outstanding guest service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Hospitality mindset and a passion for the Lake Placid community.
