Responsibilities

• Lead your LongHorn Team by developing teams and sustaining a performance-driven culture
• Utilize systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
• Demonstrate a stable working history with upward career progress
• Manage as a current, salaried supervisor experience is preferred
