Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee.

We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Nashville, Denver, and Dallas. The Two Hands approach to food is that it is good for you, good for the environment, simple, and tastes good. At Two Hands, our goal is for our ingredients to come from local farms to support our communities in New York, Texas, Tennessee, and Colorado.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Full weekend availability
  • Barista and/or bartending experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items
  • Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality
  • Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
  • Great work ethic and a passion for service
  • A love for hospitality

WE OFFER:

  • Estimated daily compensation average of $25-28 per hour including tips ($4 per hour before tips)
  • Health insurance available after 3 months
  • A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours
