Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage restaurant operations in alignment with Olive Garden standards and goals.
  • Report to the General Manager and be accountable for taking initiative, being people-focused, and results-oriented.
  • Lead teams with a passion for service, a strong desire to win, and an ability to build relationships.
  • Support a flexible work environment to help balance a busy life.
