Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight efficiently, safely, and without claims
• Maximize space during freight loading, even outside a warehouse setting
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections on dock equipment
• Document freight control processes accurately
• Participate in training and improvement programs
• Be flexible with work schedules and shifts
• Follow operational procedures outlined in the Dayton Freight Driver/Dockworker Manual

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic math skills
• Fluent in English
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
