Maximize customer satisfaction by performing repairs, maintenance work, and installation of equipment, primarily dock doors and levelers. Respond to customers in a timely, polite, and professional manner, and conduct work efficiently to contribute to the company's growth and reputation. Ability to handle multiple duties is essential.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect customer equipment and perform service, maintenance, and installation tasks as necessary
• Communicate needs or concerns to the Coordinator or Department Manager
• Perform scheduled maintenance per customer contract
• Follow all maintenance procedures and policies
• Document each service call or installation accurately and neatly
• Complete and submit paperwork and time cards promptly
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
• Dispose of waste properly and leave jobsites in order

Other Duties:

• Maintain the company service vehicle in good condition
• Maintain inventory of service parts and tools
• Attend training meetings and seminars
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Prior professional experience with commercial dock and door equipment
• Mechanical skills; knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and welding preferred
• Ability to perform strenuous work, exert force up to 100 lbs, and handle loads up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and insurable by company standards
• Valid CDL license required
