Job Description

We are seeking individuals with maintenance experience who reside in Salina to join our team as a Loading Dock and Door Service Technician. Our Technicians ensure that America's manufacturers can efficiently and safely move their products from the production floor to semi-trailers. We work with companies such as Amazon, Ford, Tyson Foods, Schwan's Food Company/Tony's Pizza, and Pepsi. Experience with docks and doors is a plus, but if you have a knack for fixing things, we will train you to succeed.

Our office is based in Wichita, and we need someone based in Salina to support our Schwan's Foods account. If you are an independent problem-solver who works well with customers, this is an ideal job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, and adjust overhead doors, loading docks, and peripheral equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to work order requests promptly
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience with overhead doors or loading docks is a significant plus
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities (including electrical and hydraulic)
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
