We are a beverage production plant seeking motivated Production Workers to operate machinery, prepare materials, and help bring high-quality drinks to life in a fast-paced environment.
The position will be based in Richmond, CA. The starting salary is $23.76 hourly and starting salary may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
What You Will Be Doing
- Operate production equipment such as fillers, cappers, and labelers.
- Prepare and load raw materials and ingredients into machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and packaging.
- Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers as needed.
- Pack and label finished products for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area according to safety and sanitation standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
What We Are Searching For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
