About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our video production team. This key role is responsible for managing production calendars, inventory, coordinating shoot logistics, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the production cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the master production calendar, including shoot dates, zoom recordings, prep days, etc.
• Coordinate all logistics for filming, including locations, equipment, and crew
• Create and distribute call sheets for all in-person productions
• Organize and update weekly schedules for internal team
• Support producers and directors in executing efficient, on-time shoots
• Represent the studio in virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom), ensuring proper lighting, framing, and recording protocols are followed
• Assist with video edits using Adobe Premiere
• Help track studio expenses and submit monthly expense reports for reconciliation
  
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing schedules and juggling multiple tasks
• Clear communicator with solid writing and email skills
• Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (e.g., cutting clips, adding titles, exporting)
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in film and video production
  
  

Bonus Skills (not Required, But a Plus)

• Experience with remote productions or hybrid teams
• Familiarity with post-production workflows
• Vendor management experience
  
  

Compensation Range

$45,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
