Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

This position is for the 2nd shift in a food manufacturing environment. The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities, maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene, and providing guidance to the production team.

Responsibilities

• Train, explain, and answer questions regarding recipes, proper procedures, and measurement techniques to employees.
• Identify errors such as improper procedures, scaling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety issues.
• Provide feedback to employees and offer ongoing coaching to ensure corrections are made.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of production.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production supervision and management.
• Strong understanding of safety and production protocols.
• 1 year of food manufacturing experience.
• 6 months experience as a lead.
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual capabilities are an advantage.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience with 6 months as a lead

Work Environment

Work in an indoor cold facility where PPE is required. The position has openings on all shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
