Job Summary:

Provide responsive and accurate support to key industrial customers by processing orders, managing accounts, and ensuring timely communication from order placement through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders and changes accurately and promptly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Verify purchase order details (pricing, Incoterms, legal entity, payment terms).
  • Send shipping documents ahead of delivery for smooth offloading.
  • Track open orders and address issues following internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify account trends and growth opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve non-conformance issues quickly.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Acknowledge and process new purchase orders within 24 hours.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1–2 years in the chemical or oil & gas industry preferred.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
