Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for roles in a competitive talent market
• Proven success managing a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to find and attract candidates for niche skill sets in B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, or AI/ML
• Proficiency with advanced sourcing methods (boolean, X-ray, GitHub/StackOverflow, etc.)
• Comfort with data-driven recruiting and sharing actionable insights
