Workday Recruiting & Performance Analyst
Moog Inc. is seeking a Workday Recruiting & Performance Analyst to join the Corporate HR Technology Team. This role supports the employee experience in Workday for the assigned workstream by collaborating with Moog HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement system enhancements to ensure efficient and accurate HR operations. The position is hybrid and based at the East Aurora/Buffalo, NY area.

Reporting To: Director, Global HR Technology
Work Schedule: Hybrid – Buffalo, NY (on-site 2–3 days per week as needed)
Location: East Aurora, NY facility
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades to Workday.
- Configure the Workday Recruiting & Performance module to meet business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of system changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Evaluate Workday release updates, educate CoEs on enhancements and bug fixes, and plan deployments.
- Provide training and support on Workday system functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with Workday Reporting and Analytics resources to build, generate, and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of functional data and maintain documentation to meet Moog audit standards.
- Assist in managing the Workday Help queue, ensuring tickets are assigned and resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all HR-related information.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, specifically within Recruiting and Talent.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels.
- Experience supporting Workday in a global organization.
- Experience creating job aids and participating in change management activities.
- On-site presence in the Buffalo, NY area or willingness to commute.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: Buffalo, NY $85,000.00–$100,000.00 annually.
