This Position reports to:
Production Manager

ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner. We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• As our Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll spearhead operations in our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility. You’ll be at the forefront of a growing business area, working with a great team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of skilled professionals.
• Oversee quality control, production schedules, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals, and drive productivity and performance while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; SAP experience is a plus.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Commitment to workplace safety and employee development.
