The Custodian will:

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and community areas in a safe, neat, and attractive condition.
• Perform floor care services including vacuuming, extracting, buffing, sealing, and stripping.
• Compact and remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds including sidewalks, walkways, stairways, exteriors, and gardens.
• Perform basic maintenance requests.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers (varies by community).
• Notify management of repairs needed.
• Report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
