Responsibilities

• Start your day by checking in with your supervisor and teammates, reviewing the cleaning schedule and tasks for the day.
• Gather cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment and prepare as needed.
• Clean and maintain assigned locations by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and sanitizing surfaces to meet hygiene standards.
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting furniture, wiping windows and glass, and removing stains.
• Wrap up shifts with a final walkthrough, restock cleaning carts, report maintenance issues, and communicate site-specific notes or concerns to supervision.
• Return equipment to storage and prepare for the next day.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching; repetitive motions for cleaning tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment up to 25-30 pounds.
• Navigating stairs, ramps, or uneven flooring while carrying tools.
• Work is indoors in commercial environments with varying temperatures and lighting.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals; PPE provided and training provided for safe handling.
• Possible exposure to dust, allergens, and biohazards; safe handling protocols in place.
• May require work in confined or awkward spaces; hearing protection provided when necessary.
• Reasonable accommodations available.
