The Custodian role involves maintaining academic, residential, athletic, administrative, and other facilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Restroom & Shower Care: Clean and sanitize restrooms and shower areas.
- General Cleaning: Vacuum, dust, and clean furniture, floors, and surfaces.
- Floor Care: Perform floor maintenance, including scrubbing, buffing, and refinishing.
- Waste Removal: Collect, separate, and dispose of trash and recyclable materials.
- Additional Responsibilities: Clean kitchen appliances, respond to emergency requests, and perform occasional ladder work.
Requirements include previous custodial experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to work safely. The schedule is Part-Time, 24 hours/week, with a hiring pay range of $18/hour.
