Shift: Wednesday-Sunday, 3:30 pm - midnight.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload customer trailers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Move materials across the operation to meet production requirements and assist in manual hand-sorting of pallets according to product specifications.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to support the Plan to Zero (PTZ) safety goal.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company-specific safety behaviors, processes, and procedures. Training and certification to be provided.
• Meet and sustain production and quality targets consistently.
• Perform other tasks assigned by site leadership to support daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization by practicing Clean as You Go and adhering to good housekeeping standards.
• Lift up to 70 lbs regularly and perform tasks involving repetitive motions (bending, twisting, reaching).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Familiarity with pallet jack operation.
• Previous forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
