The Role
Develops, analyzes, researches, and designs welding techniques, procedures, and applications. Uses engineering principles to manipulate materials for fabrication and assembly processes. Prepares technical documentation to implement waterfront welding processes, including specifications, analyses, standards, and restrictions.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience
- Master's Degree and 0 year of relevant professional experience
- Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
