Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Welding Inspectors to perform inspections on welded fabrications at various fabrication shops across the U.S. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough welding inspections to ensure quality and compliance with client specifications.
• Reporting findings and providing recommendations based on inspections.
• Performing final inspections before project sign-offs.
• Travel may be required for certain locations, and inspectors may be assigned to multiple locations over the course of the project.

Skills and Certifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Welding Inspector.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and inspection processes.
• Familiarity with fabrication shop inspections is preferred.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong experience may be considered in lieu of certification.

Industry Experience

• Experience in industrial fabrication, especially related to hospital projects and other buildings.
• Previous welding inspection experience in similar industries is advantageous.
