Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

**Responsibilities include:**

• Promoting and performing lifestyle programs, assessments, and personal training services according to Sports Core standards.
• Performing fitness services with minimal direction, including body fat testing, girth measurements, weight, cardiovascular step test, sit/reach flexibility testing, and strength testing.
• Designing and implementing long-term personal training programs tailored to the needs and goals of healthy, average adults.
• Demonstrating and assisting facility users with fitness equipment across all training areas according to quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate member and client records as per standard procedures.
• Assisting with setup, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of all fitness equipment, including weight benches, racks, spinning bikes, and pool needs.

This is a part-time position with benefits, with shifts on weekdays and weekends between 5:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 200 hours PMA certification with Pilates Method Alliance; previous Pilates instructor experience preferred.
• CPR certification required; first-aid preferred.
• National certifications such as ACE, AFFA, ACSM required within one year of employment, along with Advanced Pilates Certification if not PMA certified.

The commission range may vary based on factors, plus tips/gratuity.
