Contract Services Needed

1. TRACK - Manage all event equipment, including cameras and marketing assets.
2. EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV’s streaming and filming equipment at each venue. Work efficiently and safely with a sense of urgency.
3. MONITOR - Ensure a steady and reliable stream, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with the team throughout the event.
4. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working — how cool is that?

Additional Details

• PAY - $21/hour, paid via Gusto.com. You will need to set up an account (similar to PayPal).
• OVERTIME - 1.5x for hours 8-12, double time beyond 12 hours.
• Note: Shifts can exceed 12 hours; weekend tournaments may total over 30 hours. The role requires being on your feet and lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Complete a pre-event background check
• Familiar with iOS devices
• Personable and professional
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail
• Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in live event production, sports, or customer service
• Knowledge or interest in grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, or wrestling
• Valid driver’s license for equipment transport

Job Details

Type: Part-time, weekend contract work. Some events start as early as 6 AM and end as late as 10 PM. Travel up to 40 miles may be required.
