We are looking for an enthusiastic dental hygienist who loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients to join our team. This is a Full-time or Part-time opportunity with a great compensation package and full benefits for full-time employees. A $2500 sign-on bonus is offered. Our team performs preventative dental procedures and educates patients on oral hygiene and nutrition to help them achieve and maintain their best smiles. We emphasize teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth.

We partner with the dentist(s) in your office to provide the best treatment for patients and offer a dedicated hygiene support team for coaching and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, and application of cavity preventative agents such as fluorides and sealants
• Accurately chart patient dental history, periodontal health, and documented treatment in compliance with HIPAA
• Assist the dentist as directed
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by state practice act

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal communication with patients and staff
• Ability to travel between locations preferred
