About The Role

As a Dental Hygienist at Noble, you’ll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You’ll be part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct patient screenings — assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns
  • Perform dental cleanings — remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care
  • Educate patients — provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more
  • Take X-rays and diagnostics — capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Apply preventive treatments — administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth
  • Support the dentist — assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
  • Valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
  • 1+ year of experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
