Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Open Interviews are held every Thursday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. PM and NOC shifts available.

Experience individualized care at an Extended Care affiliated facility. Each facility’s highly skilled clinical and therapy teams are well-versed in delivering specialized services that are centered around your specific needs, interests, and capabilities.

We are seeking dedicated RNs who are uncompromising in providing concentrated and quality-driven care. Our Nurses are role models of dedication, treating every patient with the utmost respect and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the nursing assistants.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of unit and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Nursing License required by the state.
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our residents and visitors.
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and able to handle stress.
• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable.
