Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in a healthcare setting as an RN.
• Assess patient health problems and needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about healthcare issues and management of illnesses.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
