Key Job Details – IR RN Locum Tenens

• Location: Greenville, SC 29605
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (September 15, 2025 – December 15, 2025)
• Healthcare Setting: Interventional Radiology Unit
• Shift: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM); call required (1 night per week + every 5th weekend)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2370-$2430
• Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Orientation: Every Monday; up to 16 hours reimbursed for required modules

Qualifications – Interventional Radiology RN

• Active South Carolina RN license (or compact nursing license)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse or in a related nursing unit
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• At least 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
• Ability to float to other qualified hospital units as needed
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Trauma Level I experience preferred

IR RN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Interventional Radiology unit, including pre- and post-procedure management
• Assist with a variety of IR procedures: angioplasty, central line insertion, stent placement, embolization, dialysis graft interventions, and more
• Monitor procedural sedation and administer emergency medications as needed
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, utilize 12 Lead EKG, and manage IV infusion pumps
• Ensure infection prevention and isolation protocols are strictly followed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams: IV, Physical Therapy, Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and others
• Float to other qualified nursing units within the hospital as required
