Join the MercyOne family! We are hiring a Pediatric RN to deliver evidence-based, outcome-focused care to pediatric patients in various settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, supervise the nursing team, and collaborate with pediatricians, families, and team members to ensure clear communication and optimal outcomes. Your role includes conducting thorough assessments, developing care plans, and adjusting them as needed to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
Schedule
- Nights 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Every third weekend rotation
Education
Associate degree required, BSN preferred. No prior experience required. Must hold a current Iowa RN license, BLS, Mandatory Reporter, and PALS certification.
