We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to deliver exceptional resident care and lead the daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. You’ll help maintain compliance with all regulations while fostering a calm, respectful, and team-focused care environment.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Supervise nursing assistants and lead unit operations on your shift

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed

• Accurately chart resident care, including progress notes and medication administration

• Administer treatments and medications as ordered

• Perform clinical procedures (catheterization, IV care, wound dressings, etc.)

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff

• Participate in shift handoffs and rounds with physicians

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and resident privacy at all times

• Promote a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in Illinois

• Current CPR Certification

• Strong clinical and leadership skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

• Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate care approach
